As your therapist, I will work alongside you to help process, set goals, overcome obstacles and gain control back in your life. Also, I recognize how difficult it can be to take that first step which is why I am dedicated to ensuring my practice is offered with a very caring, non judgmental and client centered approach. I have a strong passion in working with individuals coping with anxiety, depression, aging, grief, loss, chronic illness and trauma. My clinical practices are implemented through multiple lenses including Trauma Focused, Family Systems and Strength Based. I am currently a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker. I received my Master's of Social Work at the University of Minnesota. I began my social work career over 8 years ago in the healthcare setting working primarily with oncology patients. Currently, I am working in a high school offering emotional support to students and conducting social emotional skills groups. I feel my own personal experiences have really shaped me and driven me to help others along their healing journey. I am really looking forward to connecting with you and taking that first step in the healing process together.
